Had a situation yesterday where 1 of the cashier's over charged us and miscounted the money we gave. We were rung up at $673.19, gave her $680. It took about 20 mins for her to count, then she put the money in the cash register. She then tried to claim we were $100 short after already putting the money in the register. After we disputed her mistake a very rude store manager by the name of Ester said they could check cameras and we agreed. She then called Ontario PD because we were vocal about are frustrations. She completely caused a huge situation because of their error. After reviewing the video not only did we give them exactly $680, the cashier double charged us for the same pair of jeans. And all we got for our inconvenience was harassed by police and asked to leave the store. Ester is terrible store manager and I will be contacting corporate to further my complaint. I honestly believe they attempted to take advantage of us and steal money and was caught. Ester also made rude comments to purposely start a altercation in front of the officers. She should be fired. Absolutely 0 customer service skills.
