Took my wifes Honda pilot for the first time, they failed to vacuum the third seat area and also failed to clean the side panels. Sucks to see this happen to a first time customer.I contacted the owner and all he said was "bring it back and ill take care of it." It would have been a huge inconvenience for me to take it back. I shouldn't have go back a 2nd time in order to get a job, that I paid for, corrected. Definitely will not be going back to this place. Hope this doesn't happen to you first timers. Over pricesd for a half fast job.
