    This is my first time at Crown Lexus and this review was for my service adviser Jeff Erskine who smoothly processed my oil change. Although my car was clean, he still had it washed - thanks!!!

    Follow up review. Another great job by Lexus and my service adviser Jeff, highly recommended!!!

    This is a follow up...
    I went for service and my new service adviser Tino, took good care of my concerns - another superb experience with Crown Lexus. For my loaner car, I got to test drive to RX350 and that convinced me to consider it for my next Lexus purchase. Thanks!!!
