I Am Very Disappointed In AC Dude...

I hired AC Dude upon somebody's recommendation to fix an air conditioner at my Azusa, California Residence that had Hot Air Blowing Out Of It and Yes, we did have another contractor come out to try and fix it before him who was Not Successful, nor Honest and we got rid of him and disputed the charges with American Express, obviously!

Furthermore, back on Saturday, August 20th, 2016, I had Phillip Perez come out to fix it and he charged me $668.00 and told ME that he stands by his Warranty!

Bullshit!

Just Four Days Later back on Wednesday, August 24th, 2016, the Original Problem with the Hot Air Blowing Out Of The Air Conditioner came back because the tenants emailed me and told me so.

I then contacted Phillip Perez about it who told me that he is about to go on vacation and I did inquire about his Warranty as well during the heated up conversation and he told me that he will Only Honor His Warranty For The Work That He Performed, but if he finds something else wrong with the air conditioner, then he will Charge Me Extra!

I was very angry and upset over this, but in the mean time, he did send over another contractor without telling me to my Azusa, California residence only to find out that this guy claimed that there was something else wrong with my air conditioner and wanted to charge me extra.

I could Not Understand this because if there was something else wrong with my air conditioner, then Why did Phillip Perez from AC Dude Not Discover This During His Initial Visit In The First Place?

I was pretty angry and upset over this and today being Friday, August 26th, 2016, I sent some back and forth text messages to Phillip Perez informing him that he should back his Warranty and Honor To Fix This Air Conditioner At His Own Expense and told him that I am Disputing The Charges With My Mastercard because I do Not Have The Time For Games or To Be Ripped Off Anymore!

His Final Response To Me Was To Find Myself Another Contractor!

I am so sick of Contractors!

I just do Not Trust Them Anymore!
