AVR Airport Van Rental - Ontario at 636 East Holt Boulevard, Ontario, California.

I had very important guests come visit me from overseas this month and I had planned on taking them on a little sightseeing tour.
To accomplish this plan I reserved a Ford Transit 15 passenger van through Orbitz about a month in advance. Through Orbitz, I had a choce between a Ford Transit Van which is a new and better van than the other choice.
I also went ahead and bought insurance coverage just to be on the safe side. The insurance cost me $40 for the duration of my rental period.

When I showed up and the papers were signed, the staff handed me the key to an old 15 passenger van that I didn't want so I told her that I had chosen the Transit van. Then she told me that if you reserve through a third party like Orbitz, there's no guarantee.

I had the paperworks from Orbitz clearly saying Ford Transit 15 passenger. I was so frustrated, I started calling Orbitz. Then she told me to come back inside.
Long story short, I had to fight to get the Transit van.
She also said that the insurance I bought through Orbitz is no good and she charged me about $150 more than what I was quoted by Orbitz.
Also, my Orbitz papers clearly shows that I will get unlimited mileage but she limited it to 250miles a day.
I had to argue again and she bumped it up to 400 miles and acting as if she was doing me a favor. When I insisted on the unlimited miles, she said that we had to prove that we flew in from out of town.
I almost lost it by now because my guests were all standing outside with their luggages and they were all getting frustrated. By this time, we were running late and someone in my party just gave her the passports, airline tickets, etc
They tried whatever they can to charge you extra money in every wrongful way possible.
I was able to drive out of their dirty facility with the transit van after 45 minutes of frustration.and anger. I should've read the google reviews about this filthy place.

Bad experience!!

P.S.The van smelled like rotten fish throughout the whole trip.
